Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College Journal (KYAMC Journal) (ISSN: XXXX-XXXX | eISSN: XXXX-XXXX) is a peer-reviewed, open-access medical journal published by Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College, Sirajganj, Bangladesh. Aim and Scope

The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, editorials, commentaries, perspectives, and letters to the editor covering all areas of medical and health sciences. Its scope includes clinical medicine, surgery, public health, basic medical sciences, medical education, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, and other allied health disciplines.

Publication Schedule

KYAMC Journal publishes one volume each year, consisting of four quarterly issues released in March, June, September, and December. The journal follows a Continuous Article Publishing (CAP) model, enabling accepted articles to be published online as soon as they complete the editorial and production process.

Submission of Manuscripts

All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission system. Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the Instructions for Authors and submit the required reporting guidelines or EQUATOR checklists where applicable. A cover letter should be included in the Comments to the Editor section during online submission. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's submission requirements may be returned for technical revision before entering the peer-review process.

Peer Review and Publication Ethics

All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment followed by a double-blind peer-review process conducted by independent experts. Editorial decisions are based on originality, scientific quality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's scope. KYAMC Journal is committed to ethical publishing practices and screens submitted manuscripts for plagiarism before peer review.
